General Information
Memberships are $35.00 U.S. for residents of the U.S. and Canada for 12 months. Memberships are $40.00 U.S. for residents outside the U.S. and Canada for 12 months. For purchases in Virginia, there is a $1.75 sales tax.
For U.S. and Canadian memberships, acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, U.S. check or money order. For memberships outside the U.S. and Canada, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and international money orders are accepted.

Membership Policies
The Warehouse was formed to bring the band's fans closer together and to provide an easy way for members to order Dave Matthews Band concert tickets ahead of the general public.
• Only one (1) membership per email is permitted.
• No refunds will be offered after 10 days of joining or renewing a membership. If a member has requested tickets through Warehouse Ticketing, no refund will be offered for the membership.
• Only one (1) membership is allowed per person. If multiple memberships are found for one person, these memberships will be cancelled without a refund.
• Memberships may not be sold and/or transferred. If a member is found to be selling his/her membership, the membership(s) will be cancelled without a refund.
• Please note that members are responsible for updating their information with the Warehouse. This can be done at any time on the Warehouse website by clicking on the "my info" link in upper right hand corner of the home page after login. You will also find your username, membership number and expiration in this area.
• Members who join before or during an active ticketing request period will still be eligible to order tickets to the shows featured in that request period. Once a ticketing request period is no longer active, any members who join the Warehouse will not be eligible to order tickets until the next ticketing request period commences.
• The abuse of a Warehouse membership and those privileges included will not be tolerated.

How To Join
Please click on the "join" button above to join online or click on the print form button to join by mail with your payment enclosed. You will receive a confirmation recognizing your date of membership as soon as we receive payment. The sooner you join, the earlier your membership will be dated.
Memberships may also be given as gifts throughout the year. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the form. Scroll down to the icon below to get Acrobat Reader. To order by phone, call 434-984-6850.

How To Renew
It is the member's responsibility to renew within the given thirty-day grace period. No exceptions will be made after the thirty-day grace period has ended. Memberships are not automatically renewed. The Warehouse will not accept requests for automatic annual renewal of memberships.
Click on the renew button below to log in to the Warehouse and renew your membership online or call us at 434-984-6850.
Renewal memberships may also be given as gifts. Click on the print form button for information on how to give a renewal membership. You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader to access the form. Click on the icon below to get Acrobat Reader free directly from Adobe. You will need to fill in the member's id number in order for us to process the renewal. You can find that number under the "my info" section of the Warehouse.
We will process the order as soon as we receive it and the renewal will take effect without lapse if we receive the renewal request prior to the membership expiration date.
